Afetlerde oluşan hasar ve kayıp riskini en aza düşürmeyi planlayan Hükümet, kentsel dönüşümde yeni süreci başlattı.
1.5 milyon konut yenilenecek
Takvim Gazetesi'nde yer alan habere göre, 2023 yılına kadar 1.5 milyon konut kentsel dönüşüme tabi tutulacak. 2039'a kadar Türkiye'de 6 milyon 700 bin konut dönüşecek.
Kira yardımı ve faiz desteği
Yıkılan yapıların sahiplerine ise devlet tarafından kira yardımı, faiz desteği gibi kolaylıklar sunuluyor. Buna göre, 960 liraya varan destek verilecek. Yardımdan faydalanmak isteyen vatandaşların gerekli evraklar ile Altyapı ve Kentsel Dönüşüm Müdürlükleri ve ya Çevre ve Şehircilik İl Müdürlükleri'ne başvuru yapmaları gerekiyor.
